WILA’s Design Strategy convinces Experts -
two Awards for Individual LED Light
With its smartly designed, modular family of LED luminaires called alphabet WILA places a whole “dictionary” of lighting tools at planners’ disposal allowing them to express their personal views in a highly cultivated language of light; boasting not only the highest quality of light but also the best design. This is why the Iserlohn-based specialist for individual light has now received the “if” and red dot product design awards 2013.

LED Lighting system for handrails – flush-mounted, vandal-proof and flexible
The Mini LED lighting system of corrosion- proof stainless steel was especially developed for integration into the under section of handrails. Thanks to the individual LED Puck units, the system can be used both with straight lines and all radii. Retrofitting is also possible.
Sustainability
200 tons of CO2 saved thanks to connection to district heating
From March WILA Lichttechnik GmbH cut its CO2 emissions substantially. Up to 200 t less of this polluting waste gas are to be emitted per year. All this is to be made possible thanks to a connection to the district heating grid provided by Iserlohn’s public utility (SWI).
